If Walkie isn't for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund it — no justification required, no hoops to jump through. Buying software from a solo developer you've never heard of is a leap of faith; the least we can do is make that leap reversible.

How to request one

Email support@usewalkie.com with your licence key or Lemon Squeezy order number. That's all we need — no forms, no survey, no reason required.

What happens next

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Your licence key is deactivated once the refund is issued.
